"Don't order after 6pm. Closing crew does not want to make any orders. They don't cut the pizzas they order and left their hot and ready out for too long so if you don't do a custom order it is all thin and dried out. Only order during the day."

"this little caesar's has the worst customer service. food is never ready, constantly get my order cancelled via door dash over an hour before close... it isn't rocket science to fix a premade pizza. i am always left waiting for the simplest order that i go out of my way to order ahead to avoid yet am always stuck WAITING. it's ridiculous. i don't understand how this business even makes money. i'd give 0'stars if i could."
"Ordered a few pizzas including the Detroit Style Ultimate pizza. Ordering was done online, pizza picked up through the portal, never even saw an employee. Pretzel crust pizza and crazy bread were good, but the detroit style pizza was horrible. The bottom of the pizza was cooked, but the top half of the dough under the cheese was raw. I called to let them know, and I was told if I brought it back, and it was raw, they would make me another. I live 15 minutes from the store, and I wasn't going to drive over, have them check, then wait another 20+ minutes for them to cook the pizza, then drive home. I explained that to them and they said whatever and hung up. Won't be ordering again."
"Absolutely amazing. Their food is delicious, and their customer service is great. Their service is fast, and in a case where it does take longer than usual to prepare your order, they will reconcile with it by offering free sauces. I once had to wait 30 minutes for two pizzas I ordered, I was pretty upset. But once I arrived to pick up my order, they apologized for the long wait time and gave me three free sauces as an apology. Great staff who care about their customers. Good, delicious, non-expensive pizza. Go Little Caesars!!"
