"This fast food restaurant needs to learn how to manage their drive thru. You do not ignore one lane while taking orders in the other lane. I guess the manager cannot comprehend that if you have two drive thru lanes that you take orders alternating between lane 1 and lane 2 until it is clear. Instead they wish to give poor customer service and lose customers."

"They don't care how long someone is waiting at the drive thru to order food and takes them 10 mins to push an order thru to be made even when not busy. Thinking they prioritize the people inside when it should be the other way around. Manager just dismisses it and says pull up and wait."

"Decent place. Although, I find the latest remodel of the dining room a little odd. I'm not sure what they were going for, but it doesn't seem to fit the brand. ADDITIONALLY: The last couple times I went there, the dining room was closed! This was discovered after getting myself (temporarily disabled) and my wife (disabled) out of our car and hobbling to the door, only to have to turn around and go back to the car. No signage on the door or anywhere else. After having difficulty with the drive-thru people unable to hear the incoming orders, having me repeat myself THREE times on one of our visits, I no longer go to this location. We instead went to Burger King a few miles away, where Charles and his crew do a great job!"

"we ordered food online and went to pick it up. they said they didn’t receive our order and we went to park to figure it out. we went back through the line after we figured it out and they didn’t say anything to us at the speaker at all so we pulled up to the window and waited for about ten minutes for someone to finally come talk to us. they said they stopped receiving orders at ten which has NEVER happened before. they also said they closed early because they had two people in store. we saw three people in the store and they said they would give us free food since our online order already went through. they didn’t give us all of the food i spent money on and the fries are ice cold and not salted. if i could leave a negative review i would."

"The order taker had an attitude from the moment we pulled up to the speaker. Very rude for no reason at all. We hadn't even begun our order yet. Our order was wrong and when we tried to correct the order, we received more attitude from him. When we finally received our sandwich, this was what we got. It was thrown into the bag sideways, lettuce was all over the bottom of the bag. The sandwich doesn't even look like it was put together. They must have just thrown it into box. The tomatoes were beneath the heel of the bun and there was mayo everywhere. Will never be returning to this location."
