"Waitress let a couple that came in after us go before. Once we got a seat it was an issue that we had our babies with us and made it an inconvenience for the waitress as her attitude got worse. We ordered an appetizer and never received it and even asked the guy who brought out the main dishes which weren’t made right and never got told why we didn’t receive our appetizer. Food wasn’t that great and service was horrible! We were eating and the waitress just kept going by and sighing and when we were cashing out she took my sisters drink before asking if she was done with it which was almost still full sense she only got a couple sips. Very disappointed probably won’t be going back!"
"I mean it's Applebee's. Another large chain that serves pretty much the same thing. I do like the French Onion Soup, the Chicken Quesadillas and the sirloin. Our steak was cooked perfectly and it was super tender. Aside from that not a bad place I just wish they were a little more authentic with their dishes."
"The waitress was very much on the spot. Checking often to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was okay. Not too noisy. Great activity paper with crayons for kids to enjoy. Wonderful variety of food. Delicious."

"I'm so glad I can come back and change my review! Our server tonight Reece totally redeemed the Cortland locations previously low star rating. She was upbeat and peppy! Such a rare occurrence these days. She definitely sold me on a blue raspberry lemonade when I would have just ordered water. Her personality is a great asset in her field. Friendly, attentive, and funny. - and our food was hot, fresh, and timely."
