"We stopped here on a road trip and the service was LENGENDARY. Our waiter Gavin was extremely accommodating for our large party of 8. When our oldest son who can't eat dairy ice cream found out they had no non-dairy desserts, Gavin agreed to just get him a cup full of toppings he could eat. Frequently throughout the meal Gavin checked on our table- enough to let us know he was aware of our needs, but not too much. His service and care were genuine and you could tell he loves his job. The food tasted great, was timely, and the service was amazing."
"The staff were so sweet! I went in and ordered a monster mash sundae, but they were of the reeces cups that make the ears. Ultimately, they came up with the idea for brownies as ears and it was both 10× more delicious and cute!"
"Finally got to try Friendly's while in Cortland. Very enjoyable and very glad I got to try it. I know the waitress we had was really new so I applaud her for dealing with our big group and separate checks which we had to fix but the whole experience was great. Definitely plan on going if you want to try it out."
"Please show it up with a party of 10 the day before the solar eclipse. Let me tell you our waitress had her stuff together. It didn't take too long for the food to come out . The and the appetizers were piping hot. Everybody said their food was really good and yes we made room for ice cream!"
