Like every restaurant - sometimes different cooks/sushi chefs will do things differently - for the most part they are pretty consistent here! THEY HAVE THE BEST BEST BEST CHINESE IN TOWN! The HIBATCHI is so much fun and family friendly!! Always so many laughs and a great show! The sushi is delicious and we love to sit at the sushi bar table - they always give you a complimentary dish if you do this >> LITTLE INSIDERS TIP! "Ordered a Poke Bowl that gives a selection of ingredients for customization, a selection of the Salmon Mango roll, salmon avocado roll, and salmon tuna roll, and a plate of the pineapple fried rice. Everything was 5 star fresh, colorful, and flavorful. If I'm in the area I'd definitely visit again."
