"I was transferring over to Verizon from AT&T and for some reason it would not transfer I had a girl at the store in Depew named Kimmie, and she was absolutely a dream. I was afraid that I was never going to get my phone turned on and it was all because AT&T locked my phone number. I would recommend Verizon and especially Kimmie for all she did at the Depew store on transit. I'm so happy that I switched to Verizon! ❤️"
"Walked in at 4:45 to try and get internet for my new place and left at 5:03 without ever receiving help. I opened the door multiple times so it would ding to try to get someones attention because there is no other way to do so without yelling. Put a bell at the front desk or something"

"Picked up our phones last night (2/14/24). The guy was a real jerk. Caught him in all kinds of lies and was nasty when we wouldn't buy the insurance or pay the $35 to have him set up our phones. Said he works on 100% commission. Got home and come to find out he didn't activate the phones, which he said he did, not even a sim card...he didn't even open the boxes, as the seals were still on! Yes, my ignorance some too but really!"
