"I've used Edward's since 1978. I would not even think of going anywhere else. Their prices are great. The sales people know their stuff and once you tell them what your there for they let you look around. Just bought a washer. The one time I bought a fridge and oven..I brought in my cookie sheets to make sure the over and fridge were wide and deep enough. Joe the owner must of thought I was strange but i have full and 3/4 size pans they had to accommodate. Their delivery and installers are very good. Even my husband likes coming here and he pays..haha"

"The gentleman at the shop, named Cole, took time to answer questions we had about our OLD machine, not even knowing if he would get a sale or not. We finally broke down to buy a new oven. AGAIN Cole was patient with my wife's 1000 questions. The install guys (brothers) were super friendly, showed us how to use the oven, and even took off their shoes when they came in the house! I can't recommend this place highly enough. It is that old school family owned, answer your questions, and friendly support, kind of place."

"I can’t recommend this company enough. They have excellent customer service, especially Cole. He is professional, takes time to explain and give information and even sent an email listing different options because I was not able to come in the store initially. This was our first purchase with them after multiple issues with both Customer Service and Appliances purchased at Orville’s. I also have to give a shout out to the awesome delivery guys who installed our oven. They were extremely friendly and efficient. They explained what they were doing and were very cautious when entering and installing. They explained everything we needed to know to use our new range."

"Purchased GE washer dryer combo. Asked specifically if they were energy star certified and was told that they were. Dryer is not after rebate application from National Fuel was rejected as non-compliant. Called and spoke with store manager and he resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them if you are looking at appliances."
