I selected one of these choices and have been thrilled with it ever since. Recently, I worked with Sylvia to re-design a piece and, like John, she carefully listened to my ideas to update this piece and then combined her vision and experience with my ideas to make this piece a fabulous reality. Both John and Sylvia are so very professional and honest; they are never pushy or try to oversell. They really care about their customers, so they feel like family members who want only the best for me. He had a vision, and Chris brought it to life. He was efficient and the design was stunning. We then returned to have my band custom made here to fit the engagement ring.
