"Went here three days ago to grab some brushes and canvases as a gift for my mom. We are frequent shoppers at Michaels. This time I was solo. A very nice store associate helped me find what I wanted, but when I left the store I took the canvases but not the brushes. I LEFT THEM ON THE COUNTER. UGH. I didn't realize it until today, the 23rd, two days before Christmas when I went to get the gifts out my car to wrap that I didn't have the brushes. When I returned to the store I told them I think I left them at the store thinking there's no chance and I'd have to buy more, but the store associate saved them and put a note on them to save for when I return. Thank you for saving me from having to buy them again. This kindness really got me in the holiday spirit. Much love, Adam"
