"I dropped my engagement ring off in mid November 2022…got it back a couple days before Christmas 2022, got it back and within an hour, one of my diamonds had fell out of my ring. Something told me not to take the ring because it did not look the same. It was shaved down on one side…totally ruined! Called the store immediately! Returned the ring to the store the next day (still in December), before the new year, and did not receive my ring until April 1, 2023!!!! I was told that the setting that my ring has could be “fixed” (chipped prong) and it literally took about five months for my ring to be returned…without any possible solution….Except to trade it in (was previously purchased from Andrews jewelers which has been closed for years). This was a super frustrating ordeal. Now I have to walk around and constantly check my ring to make sure the Diamond didn’t fall out. I’m too paranoid to wear it everyday…now my husband & I have to somehow get a different ring for me to wear. The staff there at the Polaris store (Jessica) was super nice and informative about the whole process when I would call for updates…but the home office took way too long for me for this to be acceptable. I’m not sure if we’ll ever make a purchase from this jeweler again…."
