"I called this company to get some general service on my zero turn lawnmower. It ran completely fine it just need a oil change and stuff, sharpen the blades and the main thing I asked about was adjusting the steering arms.One was starting to go a little bit more forward then the other. He tells me he can do the tune up. He comes picks up the mower, a little later calls and says he can drop it off but he is going to have to charge me a extra $30 because some fence wire was wrapped up in the blades. Now I get confused and say, fencing? I don't have no fencing on the property. He said that it was in their.So I say ok that's fine I'll pay the extra and he drops it off and once it stopped raining days later we go to mow and it doesn't mow for more then 10 minutes then starts stalling, so I call him back to tell him and he would answer or call me back for days then I put a post on here about the mower and then he responded to my calls and says sorry I was on vacation so I kinda feel bad and say sorry I thought you were trying to avoid me. So he comes out and finds that the aftermarket fuel filter he put on wasn't working so he takes it back to his shop and brings it back. Now the mower run and hasn't stalled yet but now the pulleys that spin the blades are coming off the nuts that hold them down are just coming off so I call him again now at this point there is weeks in between and I can't get ahold of him again then after days of calling he responded in a text that he was on vacation again that he would come by Monday the 22nd of July to pick it up I ask if he can just look at it in my garage because at this point my lawnmower keeps coming back from him worse and again no response. So Monday comes around and I start calling him and he response, ( I told you I was on vacation and that he is not going to fix the thing now) I responded and said you told me you would be by Monday the 22nd now at this point it is Wednesday the 24th so I just say nevermind just give me my money back and he says that he is not. So now I am filing in court against him for ruining my lawnmower. I am contacting the Ohio Attorney General and the BBB. VERY PORE BUSINESS"
