"Will not go back was quoted one price got there , they changed me another price. Still decided to go ahead and get it fix they lady again said one price when she called to tell me to pick up my car it was the wrong price again. Paid over $55 then what I was told, and she was sick with the flu no mask coughing everywhere"
"They are amazing. They will be straight up front with you on your car problems and won't give you the run around. And they don't push you to get other stuff done on your car unless you want it done. I been going here for 6yrs now and I don't go anywhere else with my cars."
"Update as of 9/20/22: They gave me a 100% refund. I went here because they had great ratings and were close. I needed a front wheel alignment so I dropped the car off the day before. They called me about 10am the next day and said it was ready. I pick the car up pay $100 and the cars alignment didn't change. Needless to say they took my money and did zero work on the alignment. I took it to major league tire in cortland and could not believe how far off it still was afyer spending $100. Major League charged $77 and it drives perfectly staright an i also get a paper showinh where my alignment was off, sir wrench did not provide that information. I'll never go here again! Lazy business that overcharges!"
