"Delivered to Giant Eagle in Bedford OH. Arrived Saturday with at 0550 with a 0600 appointment. Communicated with broker that my driver was still waiting on paperwork and lumper receipt at 1000. Finally received lumper receipt at 1138 from Capstone. Didn't get paperwork until 1155. Communicated with broker about everything. Sent broker bol/pod and lumper receipt. Broker said they would take care of it Monday. Today I received my updated rate confirmation with a whole $40.00 detention. They attached acc. sheet for detention pay. My fault for not reading it but never dreamt it would take 6 hours for 14 pallets of nursey. With these kind of detention pays, they will never become a big broker. If I would have read it, I probably would not have taken the load. What a joke this company is. I will never do business with them again."

"If I could give less than a star I most definitely would! Over 2 months now and was detained at a receiver for over 19 hours. This broker refuses to give me detention pay. I will never haul another thing for them!!!! You'll notice that the only good reviews are like they were written from a script! "Hello Carriers, Stay away from this Company BBI LOGISTICS Especially Davis Holmes he's a professional liar. We booked a load from him at 660 miles and the corrected load is 767. He refused to pay for the extra 107 mile, the area wasn't good to get a load i"m like okay Never mind then. The driver spent 5 hrs at the shipper to get loaded until 6 pm. The delivery was scheduled for 5 AM the next morning, before we left the shipper we called him and told him the driver won't be able to drive 767 in 11hrs it's impossible and he told us to keep rolling just keep him posted and he will take care of it. Guest what when the driver arrives the shipper asks him to reschedule the delivery for next day. DAVID HOLMES has the nerve to say he is not not paying us no more than $60 for the detention at the shipper and the layover at the receiver. While he knows we have another load to pick up 1330 miles for $4400 pick up Friday to Sunday morning."
