"I couldn't even begin to list all the ways this company seemingly went out of their way to do everything wrong & not even care about it. From the time-frames to delays to scheduling to communication, late, wrong truck, no call ahead, poor customer service to completely obliterating my equipment that was nearly 3 weeks late... Ugh... Just no. Do not use them under any circumstances. I really hope the company I ordered my equipment from was able to recover the funds from the damage freight & that nobody has to experience what I did."
"Ordered a motorcycle out of Texas. Arrived on time and in good condition. Most of all though I live in a rural area and Jeff was very patient trying to find the best route to my house. Good customer service is seldom seen these days and I like to acknowledge it when I can."
"Every time I deliver a cross dock here, it's generally the same. Get a dock, takes 20-30 minutes before they start. 15 minutes or so, BOL in hand. Can't complain. Only one way in / out so be mindful of that."
"Swimming pool ordered from walmart.com to be delivered on May 13, when I called Saia trucking to set up delvery, the 500# package has been lost! Rediculous. I SURE HOPE THE company thad uses them goes elsewhere for service. Poor service. Now trying to get money refunded, over $2000.00 ..everyone lies to me. No one will take care of this."
"Hate that my company uses Saia. Always arrives later than other shipping carriers. This time: my shipment was wrong. Denied load. Contacted customer service, whom transferred me to local terminal. I asked to pick up if at terminal since this terminal was only 1 hr away. They were supposed to call me back same day. I had to call them the next day to find out more info. Shipment will supposedly get to me 3 days later than expected. This is keeping my customer from getting their job done. And making my company look bad."
