"I order from here all the time. Usually I go through the Drive thru. But my last visit I went in with a friend to eat. I ordered ahead. She ordered when we got there. They bring your food to the table. The server wasn't very friendly. Wasn't mean either. But good service makes a big difference. The boy wasn't social or no smiles. And didn't even give me napkins. And there was none on the table. Couldn't find him and didn't want to bother those making orders in the back, so I got a paper towel from the bathroom. Pizza is a finger food. And napkins are NEEDED. So that's why only 4 stars. Other than that. I love this Donatos!"
"They have gotten better, but they still need some guidance on communication and focus on not ignoring their customers in front of the register in the lobby even though they see them and hear them. If the district supervisor was doing their job, they could have fixed the store and how it operates a long time ago."
"The pizza that I ordered tonight was perfect, the wings presentation… not so much. Plus I am missing a wing from my 5 piece wings that I ordered."
"Ordered a cheese and the works pizzas. The cheese pizza was delicious…the works was completely soggy. There were so many toppings, the water content likely soaked the pizza. There would have been caught by whoever put the pie in the box. Unfortunately, that didn’t get corrected and was sent out. Tried to call the store to let someone know to help ensure others don’t get a soggy pizza that either the oven isn’t hot enough or that the toppings were overloaded. I was unable to reach someone as I’m sure they are slammed on a Friday night and overworked like many in the service industry. I’m sorry this happened. Just wanted to touch base. Buuut 5 Star on the cheese pizza! Absolute perfection. Good job team!"
"Fast friendly service. Pizza and Calzone were made to perfection. Staff was very courteous when and the phone. Order was made to perfection. Was ready in the time frame specified for pickup! One of the best locations in central Ohio. Have never had a bad experience here."
