"This location screwed up my last order by delivering the pizza and the breadsticks, but not the pop. I called the location, and was on hold for less than a minute before someone answered. I told them about the pop, and I was placed on hold AGAIN for more than 5 minutes, after which I hung up. I called my mom to take care of it, and the person on the phone was VERY rude to her! My mom then drove to the location, and talked to the manager, who gave me a refund."

"I ordered a box dinner. When it got here there were no sauces. The breadsticks are cold and dry. The pizza was hot at least. The cinnamon sticks are like warm. Have you ever eaten dry plain breadsticks with no marinara? I called the store and was told there wasn’t anyone to bring the sauces and it would be too long a wait anyway. Gee, thanks."
"Pizza hut has always been our favorite. They have mastered the crust, esp their pan crust. Nobody beats it. Of c it does depend on which location, employees etc but mostly you can never go wrong with Pizza Hut. We are fans. Thanks."
"We had the worst experience we have had in a very long time with this location on 5/15/23. If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered one medium pan pizza, one medium hand tossed pizza, breadsticks, and boneless wings. The pan pizza was flatter than the hand tossed. It looked absolutely atrocious. The hand tossed pizza was decent. The breadsticks were uncut and had no seasonings…they were literally just a block of baked dough with oil on top. The wings were good but they were supposed to be naked with the sauce on the side. They were tossed in essentially a tablespoon of bbq sauce. The staff member at the window was nice, but the level of quality control is basically zero. I would rather heat up frozen grocery store pizza than ever order from this location again."
