"I work for a moving company and we had made a mistake with one of our VIP customers. I needed to get 2 pieces of furniture down to Naples, FL FAST! Bruni Dunlap helped me out and took me through the steps. I had never done this before and she made it very smooth for me. My freight was also picked up the very SAME DAY (a Friday) as scheduling which really made me so happy. Then my goods were delivered in Naples on Monday. "Friendly service. Lacks signage for the uninitiated. If you’re not a trucker used to navigating a shipping terminal, it can be confusing to find your way. We had to pick up a pallet of tile for a project. We chose pickup at the shipping terminal to save on shipping cost. If you’re going there to pick something up, you should enter at the gate by the sign on Alum Creek Drive. Press the button and they’ll open the gate. Follow the signs to the only building on the site that doesn’t have a loading dock on it. That’s the dispatch office. There you sign in and then go through the building to the office in the back to show the shipping number and ID. We could’ve parked on the east side of the building and walked in the back but unless you’ve been there before you wouldn’t know that. They’ll bring your stuff out that back door to your vehicle. To get out, you leave through a different gate to Alum Creek Dr. Not we’ll labeled, but it’s the only one that doesn’t say No Exit (like the one we came in). Pull up to the gate and it opens automatically. Good service once you figure out the layout."
