"So beware if your going to apply to live there. Most places give u specific criteria that has to be met to qualify. This place doesnt but when you speak to someone they ask you questions and you tell them honestly and your told that will be fine then after you pay over $60 for the application fees what you were told was ok or didnt matter is the reason your denied. To me it seems like a comoany that just wants to collect as much as they can for application fees and will lie to get them."
"I'm not sure why there are bad reviews listed. This community is wonderful! Chris, Victoria, and Tony go above and beyond. Never in my life have I had a landlord call a utility company to resolve an issue. Mine did. They are diligent and have great communication when you call about a problem. It is amazingly peaceful here. If you have an opportunity to live in this community, I suggest you take it. We had discovered our leaky toilet shortly after we moved in and they came up with a plan to approach the situation (my daughter was quarantined for covid exposure) in a timely manner. We love it here and plan to stay for many years to come."
