"Prices are just slightly high, but it is fun! My niece had her birthday there. We all painted pottery, and she made a dragon with clay. They all came out great. The people are really nice and helpful."
"They did not have a lot to choose from and were not very helpful. The two girls helping us were not very inviting or eager to help. A gentleman came in later on during our time there and he was much friendlier and informative. When our pottery was finished a week later I received a text message to pick it up. When I went that night the entire store was blocked off for a party and they would not allow for me to pick up our finished and paid for pottery. It was very upsetting because I traveled out of my way to pick those up and it was hard finding another time to come back. Not sure I would return here again."
"This is a great indoor activity for kids and families, we love taking our son. However, we received a text to come pick up or projects. We showed up waited in line, when we got to the counter we said, we were picking up our order. The girl behind the counter said, sorry we're closed and only open for a private party. I said, but were just picking up. She repeated the same thing she first said. I said, but it's literally right there behind you. She again said the same thing with zero compassion. Listen, I understand business and private parties, but perhaps in your text message for pickup you should have people call before picking up. My son was very upset that he wasn't able to bring his art home!! Very disappointed in the customer service that was given."
"I attended a mom’s night out at the studio and had a wonderful time! The studio had many pieces available to choose from and all at reasonable prices! The manager, Katie, was very helpful, kind and attentive! The night ran smoothly and I had a wonderful, much needed, mom’s night out! I will definitely be back!"
