"I love this store. I can always find a great bargain there. It reminds me of how the large department stores like JC Penney and Sears used to be. This is one of the few stores that I shop at pretty frequently."
"We were looking for a couch and rug for a room we rarely use. The pricing is very good, and quality wasn't bad, but there was no one around to ask questions. Went to nearby department, and they said the employee was on lunch. Ok understand, so we walked around for 30 minutes or so, picked up some miscellaneous items, and returned, and still no one there. Potential sale of the high dollar item lost. We got sick of waiting and let. Probably there about an hour and never got or was asked if we needed help."
"Oh wow the prices are good. And the shoe assistant (worker) was great. She was working by herself and helping 4 people, running up and downstairs getting us all the different sizes and the different shoes and was so pleasant while doing it. I don't know her last name but her first name was Alexandria. I even went to the service desk and told them how well she did and I never do that."
"Department store at Christmas time. Enough said. Store was a mess and big sections emptied. Again, expected. Staff and customers had attitudes and short tempers. Problem could be alleviated with more than 4 cashiers in the store. Lots of empty registers and departments of staff in prime shopping hours after 4. I still generally like this store. Just not during the holidays."
"An expansive shopping experience. We got some great deals Black Friday weekend on clothing and blankets. They have other items like furniture, as seen on TV, and even a candy kiosk that sells fudge. Worth a stop if you like shopping."
