"The front desk lady was nice, but apparently CareNow has a company policy that requires patients to give their Social Security Number. That's a ridiculous company policy as that's extremely sensitive information that could be stolen by either employees or by hackers. That information should never be written down and if its inputted into a computer, it should be encrypted to protect the patient. The doctor came out with an attitude because I told him I didn't feel comfortable with providing such sensitive information. I chose to be treated at Concentra instead."

"I really don’t know why I go to Urgent Cares. I’ve never had a satisfactory experience. This visit was no different. I went in because I was feeling bad. After 6 days I wasn’t feeling any better so I thought this was more than just a common cold. My visit went like this. “Hi Zach what are your symptoms?” Oh ok here’s a prescription.” The doctor ran no tests and basically tried to rush me out. So it turns out I had strep. My primary doctor gave me antibiotics and what do you know? I feel better. This will definitely be my last visit to any urgent care. A $100 copay for literally nothing."

"Michael made this visit an efficient, easy, and comforting experience. Typically, Urgent Cares have long wait lines and the doctors are not very attentive. Michael not only got to the root cause of my issue, but quickly prescribed medication and sent it to my pharmacy immediately. Great doctor and great facility."
