"I just experienced an incident of poor customer service by a male employee, who apparently was more involved with discussing his "best concert ever" at the recent Pitbull show, then assisting a patron. I simply placed an online order for pickup, and due to their inconsistent inventory, they had one item unavailable. Since one item wasn't available, he couldn't tell me if I would still receive the discount on the order. I asked for a replacement in order to fulfill the order and keep the discount, and this male employee told me that I would have to go online, cancel my order, reorder what I wanted, wait for them to receive the order, then I could take my fully fulfilled order. And he expected me to take care of this while on my phone standing in his shop. That is truly an inconvenience and totally defeats the purpose of placing an online order (at home) for pickup. This male employee refused to check his system, attempt to remedy the order, or even contact customer service for me. He didn't even look into assisting me in any way. This is not the first time I experienced poor customer service from this specific male employee. However, in my previous experience, I did not write a review. But today (8/28/22) I couldn't stop myself from contacting customer service, writing a review, and requesting a call from the district manager. There are alot of other stores out there to buy your fitness related items from, and from now on, I will be patronizing those others."
