"I drove 45 minutes here on a Friday and they closed early at noon. Then a couple days later on Sunday I made the drive again, and surprise surprise they were randomly closed again!! I even tried to call but no message and no answer. It’s the only place in the Cleveland area to get discounted Universal tickets. I’m so frustrated, four hours of my life and gas wasted. Horrible"

"Do not buy any electronics from this store, you will not be allowed to return the item even though their policy states you can.(See picture) I opened the box for a Samsung television to find out the remote and power supply was missing. I called immediately and was told by the manager (Jennifer Slymczak) that I would need to contact the manufacturer myself. After some discussion back and forth, she said to come to the store and they would give me one. I tried to argue the return policy and said I wanted a different television, not my money back, because someone must have already opened this one. The answer was no! The next day I returned with the television in ALL it's original packaging minus the two plastic straps that held the bottom and top together hoping to exchange it. Now the receipt says nothing about being opened, just in it's original packaging, which it was. The answer was still no and she went in the back and came out with both items needed in a sealed package. (See Picture) So they must have opened another television box to provide me with what I needed or do they have these just laying around to hand out? What happens to the box they opened, restrap the box it and sell it when they get a new one from the manufacturer? Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Sam's would have exchanged the item with little issue. I just felt like they were calling me a liar and didn't believe me. They have the market cornered when it comes to Vets wanting a place to shop since the nearest one would be AAFES in Dayton. I put my time in and retired only to be treated like this. We have shopped here since 2004 and to this point I would have rated them 4 but I never tried to return anything either. Joseph DeWItt"
