"So this was my first time here as a teacher had given everyone the referral. Upon first impression, the waiting area, I find the needs some cleaning and replaced chairs as one had armrest partially torn off with sharp area exposed. Carpet needs cleaned too. They had a play zone but only had round table with chairs, crayons and paper given to children. The area walls were for much of coloring. As for the back where patients are getting care it is shown that deep cleaning needs done. I believe they try to be sanitary but appearance is important too. Cabinet fronts, floors, around machines all need a good cleaning. As for all workers involved including the dentist, they were all very nice, and friendly. Just like to see some new furniture to replace old worn furniture and a cleaner place for all to feel safe. My rate is reflected more on appearance and cleaniness."

"My small 5 year old was told she needed a filling. Months later they had an appointment for her..... they claimed they had to put her under due to her age.... after agreeing to this for a filling. After long wait times..( 1hr 30 min ) just to get called back.. I find out while she is in surgery.... that she ended up with 8 crowns. I can barley see the cavities on the xrays. I would not suggest taking children here. As they change what they are doing while you are not allowed with the children. I never spoke to any doctors about why they did this."

"I kept my child out of school for a 10:00 appt: we waited a HOUR before I finally said I need to get her to school! At 10:55 I finally said we will have to reschedule but in the back of my mind I re-reading the sign on the front door stating if your more than 10 mins late, you need to reschedule. We waited an hour while NUMEROUS families were called back that arrived well after us. While dentists are well informed and knowledgeable, the disrespect of not informing waiting patients of an hour of statuses speaks volumes."

"My daughters have been patients at Smiles for Life for the past 15+ years we've always received good service, but today was very special and over the top because we were not only in and out for a six month cleaning but all three of the dental receptionists were very cheerful, and greeted us with a smile! I'd like to shout out Naomi especially for her knowledgeable response regarding a dental question that I forgot to ask and after complementing her on her name brand glasses, she took the time out to share the website information. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMILES FOR LIFE!"

"The front desk staff manager is so disrespectful. I came 8 minutes lates. Then, the lady started yelling at me that I’m late and I previously apologized. I have two appointments one is 3:00 and the other 4:00. I wanted to leave my child and get the other kids that have appointments at 4, she then refused because that’s against the policy. So I got all the kids and went to get the other kids from school. We then came back and when I was talking to this nice black woman, the other woman that was yelling at me came and randomly disrupted our conversation and she started screaming at me for no apparent reason. The people including the black lady was shocked at her behavior. I think she was being racist and disrespected me because of my religion or clothing. This disrespectful office manager is Alexis Seziol .One then the lady told me that I can take 1 of my child then the manager said but the other one is not allowed to come in even though there’s a barely a lot of people in there. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE"
