"Today, l was about to believe they are unprofessional but a Savior showed up "a male Manager", and intervene for me to be seen. Besides that, he requested them to receive my husband too next after me for his six month cleaning that he has been trying to schedule without success."

"Do you and your mouth a favor and RUN the other way!!! This is THE WORST dentist I've EVER BEEN TOO! I went in for one issue. And they ended up causing a hole (purposely spelled that way) other issue. I had an issue with my bottom left molar. The created an issue with my top left. They drilled out my old fillings, which I don't understand why. My top left molar was fine. But I trusted them because you know they are the "professionals" well they did such a horrible job. I had to return two other times for them to try and fix what they messed up. This was back in September. It it now December and my husband just check my tooth as I've been having excruciating pain in my left top molar. And now all you see is a heaping HOLE in my tooth where they drilled out the old one, and supposedly put a new filling in. They also drilled my tooth so bad it now has a sharp side. I can basically slide my tongue right through it. And again. This wasnted even the tooth I came in for. That tooth was FINE before they touched it!! They clearly don't know what they are doing. The place looks unprofessional, doctor and staff unprofessional. 0 out of 10. DO NOT RECCOMEND!! If you care about you and your family!! TAKE THEM SOME PLACE ELSE!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. IM IN THE WORST PAIN AND IRATE!!! My tooth NEVER looked like this. Nor hurt this bad. They will create an issue to try and get more money out of you. RUN FAST!!!!! Picture below is the whack job they did. Smh!!! They shouldn't even be in business!!!"

"This place used to be so nice when the old dentist was here. The older Indian lady, she was so nice. My last couple of visits have been w/o her and it’s been horrible. The new ppl have conversations over you while they are working on your mouth very unprofessional. My mouth has not been the same since I got three fillings done. I think they failed to replace one b/c I cannot chew on the right side of my mouth at all, it’s too painful. They don’t give you any follow up procedures on the process. Once they complete the work they get up and walk away and tell you to go to the front. I will never refer anyone to them or go back to them again. Go at your own risk!!!!!"

"Booked an appointment months ago, got a reminder last week, and a follow up text 2 hours before my appointment. Arriving to my appointment doors were locked and no one answered the phone. Hours after my appointment I called to see what happened, and they shut down because their AC has been broke until this upcoming Friday. Unprofessional, wasted gas and got follow up texts but no text that they’re closed. Good doctors, but probably won’t be back."

"This place is extremely sketchy. They didn’t ask for any ID, just my insurance card. The building and equipment are extremely gross. I’m not sure the folks who work here actually know what they’re doing or if they have any background in dentistry. My face was sprayed with water during my entire cleaning, and then I was told there was nothing wrong with my teeth. The main doctor told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth, even though I, someone with absolutely zero experience in dentistry, could see my receding gums. After I insisted that the reason I came here was due to severe pain in one of my molars, they revisited my X-rays and told me I had a huge cavity. I’m guessing this type of services is the reason why I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours (as most reputable dentists that accept buckeye health are booked out for months). Some of the 5 start reviews posted here were made by the staff, as I literally saw two of the people listed here working in the office. I’m guessing they needed a few 5 start reviews to offset the true ones. Do not go here if you care about your teeth!"
