"I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and suffer from panic attacks, I don’t do well taking medications. I was referred to this office for a couple of extractions with IV sedation. My anxiety was bad and I was having a panic attack, I let Dr Fulks know that I was having a panic attack and asked him for a minute to calm down. He stated that the medicine would help with my anxiety and I told him that the medicine is what was causing my anxiety and again asked for a minute to calm myself. He sighed hard like I was an inconvenience while leaving the room. His assistant came back in to check on me and was super reassuring and sweet, she asked if maybe talking to Dr Fulks again could help ease my mind and I said yes so she left the room to get him. After a few minutes she came back in and said he was with another patient and he said if I couldn’t do it today to not come back as they are a busy office. I left in tears and humiliated. I know they are busy but have a little patience, i can’t control my anxiety unfortunately."
