"Very poor staff. Was being charge $1400 more than any other in network doctor. Staff refuses to do their job and return calls. Refuse to get insurance predetermined cost."

"The experience was wholly underwhelming from start to finish. There is no lobby, so the experience began people standing on top of each other in a tiny hallway waiting to check in. The system was down (no fault of theirs), and so - before we could be seen - they were asking for additional, private information to guarantee a payment on a surgical procedure we had not agreed to yet. (We paid $100 for the evaluation and had already completed the online paperwork prior to the visit. We were told if we didn't complete the online paperwork ahead of time the visit would be cancelled.) We were then ushered into a consultation room where the assistant began by asking us to watch a 10 minute video on the procedure for and risks of having your wisdom teeth removed. (Again, we were there for a consultation. We hadn't agreed to any surgery yet.) After the video, the assistant then began asking us a series of questions we had already answered in the pre-visit paperwork. (The system was back up by then, and we kept repeating that we had already provided the information - but he kept going.) We then waited for Dr. Bath who arrived exactly 1 hour after our scheduled appointment time. To say that Dr. Bath is condescending is an understatement. He treated each question we asked as if they were outrageous questions. Additionally, he barely assessed my teenager. Rather, he was focused on getting the surgery scheduled and going through the risks. (He actually started with all of that. He only assessed my teenager after giving us that spiel for what was now the third time.) After Dr. Bath finished with us - and we were so ready to leave at that point - we were then told that we needed to wait further to meet billing so that we understood the payment. We were also asked to sign a consent form for the surgery. We said that we were out of time and left (finally). Throughout the process, Dr. Bath and his staff continued to put the cart before the horse. The focus throughout appeared to be covering their legal liability and securing payment on a procedure that hadn't been agreed to yet. Caring for the patient was simply not on the top of the agenda. It was a great learning experience for my teenager, who offered without prompting that the customer service experience was terrible, and that Dr. Bath spoke to us like a "condescending jerk." Out of the mouths of babes."

"Everyone here is fantastic. Dr Bath was exceptional at exposing everything for my treatment and making me feel comfortable. Markell was compassionate when going over my records and also the day of my biopsy. Kat is very good at client interaction & very concerned & knowledgeable when scheduling appointments. Wendy is great as well explaining insurance and my responsibility of payment. I am very blessed by being referred to Dr Bath’s office and would recommend him to any patient. Thank you yo Dr Bath and all his employees."

"First Dr. Bath and staff did a great job making me feel comfortable. They did a fantastic job extracting two teeth. What really caught my attention is the manner Dr. Bath nourished his team teaching them. He gave them complements on setting up the room and then explaining how they could be more efficient. A great coaching experience."

"After years of my youth being spent in many dental, orthodontic and periodontics' offices and developing a traumatic fear of any oral procedures, I finally went to get my impacted wisdom teeth removed and have left Dr. Bath's office with a newfound confidence and trust. He listened and made sure I was comfortable, the surgery went extremely well and healing was painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks!!!"
