"The experience was horrible!!! I ordered a refrigerator on Friday it didn’t get delivery until Saturday evening which was fine. After the man moved the refrigerator where I asked he stated that I have to wait 24 hours before it can be plugged up. I waited until the next day which was Sunday. I got off at 5 PM. I try to plug the refrigerator up but as soon as I moved it, I noticed that the plugs were all bended up. That Saturday evening when he first moved the refrigerator I did not touch it because I knew it could not be plugged up until the next day. I called that Sunday, but he stated that they were closed but I did leave a voicemail. No call back the following Monday morning. I called back Monday morning and left an another message. No call back Tuesday morning I finally got talk to him Tuesday, but because he called me but because I called them. His whole demeanor was very disrespectful. As I stated, I was not able to plug my refrigerator up I have not used it near moved it so instead of trying to work with me, he basically blamed me and did not give me any real solution. So in the future if you purchase anything from this place PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check everything before they leave. Make sure your equipment is not damaged!!!! This suck because I tried to support small businesses but when stuff like this happens it’s unacceptable!!!! Please do better!!!"
