"Over all I love the store but the rudeness and unprofessionalism is uncanny. I’ve seen employees and customers get bad mouthed. The idea of the store is great. It is something we needed in the Ohio valley but hopefully they will begin to be more professional and treat customers and employees as human beings. You can’t just yell at someone communication is needed in a calm and collective manner."
"The girl working was rude and does not have good customer service skills. She right away started bad mouthing about another customer to us as soon as we walked in. Also everything that we wanted that they had displayed they didn't have for sale. Why display product that you do not have in stock to sell and or not willing to sell the display. This was disappointing. *I gave it more than 1 star because we did find a few things in the end that were worth it."

"Awesome veteran owned store. Great prices on a large selection of used and some new video games from all eras. They also deal with a lot of pokemon TCG cards having many singles available along with booster packs and graded cards. Many video game accessories are available and sometimes full consoles. They also accept trades in small quantities or if you have a large collection you can schedule an appointment. With the trades they offer great store credit which can be used on anything in the store. Friendly staff and owners and an atmosphere that gives you that nostalgia feeling upon entering the store. A definite stop for the Ohio valley mall."
