"I’d always had good experiences in the store but tried to order online and was treated so poorly I’ll go elsewhere. Rude and confused about what you need is no way to approach customers. Perhaps if they had to identify themselves by name or where paid on commission the customer service would be better online as it is go elsewhere there credit in abundance."
