"To begin, I’ve worked manual labor jobs off and on since I was a kid, starting around 9 with cutting grass at my parents house and in the neighborhood. I’ve been in a mall back in the 80s building Santa land with my massively talented uncle in the Akron area. Sleeping in the day and working at night putting in conduit and pulling wires as well as decorating a huge gingerbread house made of real gingerbread. Tree cutting , check, detailing cars masking them for paint, even sanding one or two before they were painted, yep. Cooking in large and small settings, driving and cooking in a food truck along with some of the manual labor that goes into IT and computer work. I say all of this because I understand the particular way that manual labor takes it out of you by the end of the day. However I also know the importance of how you leave a job site, especially when the customer has been told that things will be cleaner than when you came to do the job in the first place . In the last few months we have been finding all kinds of things that were left from the siding and window job we had done. From unfinished or badly finished flashing to nails wood and other things in the gutters and down spouts to a cracked bathroom window. I know that it’s pretty impossible to get every single small thing completely cleaned on a large job, but as you can see from the pictures… these are not really small things. This is just a sample there is more. This is what an unfinished or poorly finished job looks like…MVP is not someone that I would recommend for anyone looking for siding and window installation. We have been told that someone will be out to put the job right. Even being assured by the owner that he would be angry if this was the job done on his own home. This has not happened in well over a year. We’ve gotten calls asking for positive reviews and when we say we are unhappy they promise to call back but never do."

"Our kitchen was dated and needed an upgrade so I did some research on the cost and companies that do upgrades and after talking with the salesman we decided to use MVP for our renovation. We did the selection process to select the style, countertop, etc. and they also took the measurements. Throughout the process everyone we encountered from MVP was professional and courteous. Everything was ready on time and they spent 3 days doing the kitchen update. When done everything was cleaned up and ready to put everything back into the cabinets. The kitchen looks great and not like it was stuck in the 80's."
