"Good experience. Good showroom. They cater to professionals for the most part in the pipe fitting and plumbing industry. The Austintown location has a good showroom. The Warren location has a lot of one of a kind items and close-outs."

"I second Tyler’s review. One of their manufacturers called them with me on the line and that was a total waste of time. I should have known at that point. Nick was not only short with me, but he knew I was coming there to purchase a $1,000.00 or more water heater by 5. I told him I was going to be there right at 5. When I arrived at 5:02 he was leaving and subsequently left. I ended up spending $2,000 at Ferguson that night in Cranberry Twp. They waited for me an hour past closing time for the sale. This was the Friday before New Years. They left two grand on the table and I’m sure they will not help you either. I do not know why people get into service careers when they refuse to service customers and basically do the minimum. Well maybe not the minimum he did leave at 5:02. Go somewhere else."

"Ordered a sink through Lowes, who said the shipment was delayed and gave me Trumbull's number as they're the manufacturer. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude from the get go. He began the conversation by stating, "You're not supposed to be calling us." Honestly at this point, I don't even want the sink because I don't care to give them any business. Who treats their customer's like this??"

"John P. Fluent, our salesman was super interested in our needs. We purchased all we wanted to have in our kitchen. This is a large 'store' with beautiful products that fit every budget!"

"Wish I would have had the awesome service some mentioned. I also thought this was more like a place, I could say what I need and get out with parts if they have it or not (hopefully make a recommendation if not). But after explaining to reception what I needed, I then was required to frst sign in, then a salesperson wasnt available, then instructed to roam around and if I saw something of interest they'd call a salesperson. "Roamed, saw an item that would work, so went to the front and was told the sales person isn't available as she was waiting on an appointment. Really, I could just use some parts as I have my bathroom torn apart and just need a cheap shower stall. Was recommended to go through the maze to the back. Guys insisted it couldn't be done, but really?! I was looking to upgrade it since I had to pull it out...and it was already in for 11 years. Not possible they felt, so not sure what I've been using the past 11 years. Okay, well then, I could really just make my own with acrylic sheets, do you have that? Oh yes...but its very expensive, like more than $500. Really? For one sheet? Oh yes. (But I wasn't shown any.) How about the shower stall in the show room...it says "Sold as is", do you know if the door can be reversed. No one seems to know, but they "don't see why not". Neither do I but it would be imperative to know. As he goes to look it up, he mentions that if you buy the ones on the floor, they don't know how long it will take to have it ready. Seriously? Like hours or days? No...as in "we hire a subcontractor to pull them out " Are you kidding me? No thanks. I have a project to finish and try to use local businesses, but I will just order it from Amazon. I was sorry that I wasted my time and gas. Ugh."
