"Wildly unprofessional. Rented a mini backhoe and the employee behind the counter was remarkably rude and condescending. The employee took my drivers license and saw that it said armed forces on it and asked if I was a veteran which I said yes, then his follow up question was "did you kill anyone?" Outrageous question to ask a veteran. When I returned the mini backhoe the employee started raising his voice and started cussing/swearing about the mini being dirty. He never mentioned beforehand about cleaning the mini off at all. The kicker is i did take the mini to a car wash and sprayed it down before returning it anyway. After the employee was done cussing about it he said he's going to charge me an extra $100. I definitely do not recommend renting anything from here."
"It's gone downhill over the years. It was never that professional of a place but most of the equipment is 20+ years old and isn't being maintained."
