"I don’t know where to start. From the first moment in looking into having a new roof constructed they called and setup a free consultation and estimate with one of their representatives (Elliot) the same day. Elliot viewed the roof and inside the attic to see all the existing issues made understanding an ease. We went over the various roofing systems to choose the exact one in which we wanted and gave us an exact costs, once we agreed and sign the contracts their PM who was excellent in running the job with his crews in a very fast manner. The work crews came in at 7am and completed the entire removal of the existing roof made the wood repairs that were needed and installed the new roofing system completely. The work crews were very courteous and did an excellent job especially during the extreme heat throughout the day (my roof is a very roof) I got their biggest roofing system to help not only reverse the issues that were on going from the last roof install (by others) but the warranties that come with it all. I will use Home Genius for siding and other works they provide. Just an overall excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you again…"

"We had an absolutely wonderful, easy experience with Home Genius. We got a new roof, gutters, and downspouts from them. When we spoke with their salesman Darren, he was patient and explained everything to us. He was never pushy, but obviously believed in the quality of work his company does. Being somewhat new to using contractors, we had a TON of questions, and he answered all of them. I especially enjoyed that he laid out everything price-wise in easy to understand terms. We had to finance, and their interest rate beat out our bank's interest rates. When the work started, (only 3 days later!) everyone was very communicative with us, telling us exactly when and where the dumpster would be delivered and when work would start. Everything went quickly. They put our roof on in a day, and finished our gutters the next morning. The workers were friendly and cleaned up exceptionally well. Not one nail was left behind. The crew manager Ray was fantastic at being quick to call us for any unforseen issues (we have an old house, we already knew there would be some) and gave us the cost of the issue before fixing it. Home Genius was a great company to work with, and we will definitely be calling them in the future for more jobs when needed."
