"I am Gary Jones' girlfriend, Diane Carter. Dave was the contractor I used to upgrade my house. The roofing was good. The painting was good. The plumbing was terrible. Both toilets leaked after Dave worked on them. Kitchen cabinets were sub par. They are supposed to close slowly. They don't. They don't align. They are wobbly. Two faces fell off. I am not happy with his work at all. Do not use Dave Wiltrout for anything other then siding and roofing. He will mess everything else up."
