"I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the Dr. Has no idea how much money he's losing in potential clients and sales. His staff RARELY answers the phone and if one happens to get lucky enough to have the phone answered, they make promises like " I'll have the dr call you right back" with, of course , no return call. There is obviously an issue as I witnessed first hand, the staff rolling their eyes at the dr behind his back . Sad to see, even more sad to not be able to get service or products ordered without a live visit to the office."

"The Dr is kind but as others have stated in their reviews, the staff's rudeness and complete lack of professionalism make this a business to definitely avoid. One employee's license plate reads H8life and perhaps it is their shared motto and they take pleasure in taking their misery out on customers. The experience of my daughter was so bad we walked away and forfeited over $100 to happily pay elsewhere again for the same exam and class taught by a professional for good customer service."
"The doctor is wonderful. It’s the girls up front, they are friendly BUT I waited almost 4 weeks for glasses that I did not order. They were not the frames I picked out. They maxed my insurance out at over 700 dollars for an exam and frames and I, myself paid 200 out of pocket also. For frames I did not order, that did not fit even with an adjustment, AND they lenses were so thick even after being paid to have them thinned. I went to another glasses place and they were in shock that they not only would do nothing to help me get them replaced or refunded, but that they maxed out my insurance on a pair of frames and an exam. Usually I can see the doctor twice a year. It was a total scam and I think the girls up front are completely aware of that."
