"Unfortunately I won't be using Enterprise again because of my most recent experience. I booked a rental for a vacation and wanted to book a luxury vehicle so I made the reservation a month ahead of time to be able to secure a good rental. The day to pick up the rental we were informed the vehicle (Audi) was not available but we did have a choice to pick between two other rentals, a BMW or an Infiniti. No big deal so I let them know I'll take the BMW, only for them to immediately tell me I can't get that one either because it was "just sold". So eventually I reluctantly let them know I'll take the Infiniti. However when going to pay for the vehicle, after all the fees the total cost came out to over DOUBLE what I was originally quoted for my "estimated price". I was absolutely not paying twice what i was originally estimated for a vehicle I didn't even want. Keep in mind I did want to add another driver as well as vehicle protection, but those additional fees should have been included in the estimated price. In my opinion the whole process felt very misleading and it seemed like the location didn't want to give me a "luxury vehicle" maybe because I'm a younger guy. Again that last part is purely my opinion. I've done my fair share of traveling and using rentals and I've never came across these kind of problems with other agencies such as Hertz. Absolutely disappointed."

"I used to love coming to the Hermitage location to rent my vehicles; at least, up until this year. The new staff is arrogant and will not listen when you talk. They want to charge me an additional $130 for returning the car at 430 instead of 8am on the same day I rented a week prior. I’ve never had to return a car at 8 o’clock in the morning and I’ve been renting from enterprise for a very long time. Regardless of this, they’re very rude, will scream at you and demonstrate no listening skills whatsoever. They will not work with the customer at all; it’s not like I have any history of this whatsoever! I will never return to this location; at least as long as the present staff if there!"

Very professional from each individual person working in the Hermitage P.A. office to the delivery of my transactions. The Hermitage team is always professional very knowledgeable with all my questions, well business dressed (which is hard to find in a business this day & age). "Very friendly business. They allowed me to pickup a few hours early and put me in the lowest milage car Id ever driven in my life. Seems like a decent group of people working here. I returned the vehicle next day in a different state and got a call from them wanting to make sure everything went well. Very nice and genuinely concerned about your experience. Above board and transparent in pricing. If you need a rental in this area definitely consider them"
