"I used to love coming here, but the receptionists have been HORRIBLE the past 6 months. SEVERAL times now, ive called to get my prescription refilled only to find out the next day, that reception never made a note of it. When I call back to make sure it got called in, staff is incredibly rude, going as far as blaming me for not coming in for my yearly apt., when THEY are the ones rescheduling it every week because they "accidentally" scheduled me on a day that MY DOCTOR WASNT SCHEDULED TO BE THERE. I just want my birth control."
