"I am one that leaves a review whether good or not so pleasant. It’s hard to say ignore the negative reviews because everyone is “entitled” to their own opinion. We are completing our second visit, and we have had a remarkable experience since day one. Our 3 year old unfortunately has cavities on her front 2 teeth. I know shame on us for not cutting out the sugar and binky. Anyway she has not cried, cringed nor expressed discomfort in no part of the appointment. She was even awake through the treatment. I was so nervous thinking she’d be uncomfortable but nope she watched Aladdin and made it through with no issues… Thank you Dr. Kyle and Sarah for being nurturing and caring… ❤️ #highly recommend"
"Took my kids here and it was alright, scheduled them to come back in 6 months, figured they would give me a couple days heads up reminder of when the appointment would be. Get a call the day it was saying this is a reminder you have an appointment in an hour…. Just want to know who thought it was a good idea to remind someone of their appointment an hour before!?! Very stupid to me and considering finding a new dentist."
