"If I could give zero stars that would be my choice. Been a customer for years never had issues, always paid my fees on time and up front. Lately they constantly overcharge for my fees,which I constantly have to correct..then sent me a bill for which I politely explained I was having my insurance take a second look before I just handed them money for a fee that should have been covered…but to which I agreed to pay if I were responsible. manager got an attitude treating me as though I wasn’t a loyal customer that has ALWAYS been on time with payments..proceeded to see my husband for his exam took his money for contact fitting then refused to let him order his contacts because they listed the bill that I was having insurance look at as a “family” owed bill even though it was services rendered to me…not him. This place has become a joke. Only reason I valued thier service was for the excellent ladies who help you with contacts. They lost a whole family. Found better service elsewhere who was happy to take care of my husbands contact needs."

"One of the best experiences I have ever had in my 61 years on this planet. They have some of the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. Very clean and inviting atmosphere, up to date equipment and great prices. I would and will from now on recommend this office to anyone and everyone I meet from now on. "Abysmal customer service. Charged for parts of the exam I refused last year, decided to stick with them this year. Called me the day after my app. And informed there was a “mistake” and it would be an extra $80. Called yesterday after waiting 2 weeks and was told glasses were in and as soon as they got them checked in they’d text me. Got the text today at 4:45pm 15mins before they close that my glasses were ready for pickup. Literally pulling in as all the staff is leaving. Really other than some very friendly exam staff and their ability to make appointments quickly there’s nothing else good I can say out this place."

"Excellent experience with this group. I had broken the glasses frame on my only pair. I called and they arranged a time for me to come in. They gave me a full exam and provided me with a "loaner" pair of glasses made with my present lenses. Everyone was cordial and helpful throughout the whole process. A special "Thank you" goes out to optician Patty for going above and beyond to make the loaner glasses. I would recommend this group to anyone."
