"I'll give it a star for the fact there is SOME staff there that do care and do their best to help. This would be speaking of RA'S and nursing. As far as anyone above that, they lose your belongings and don't replace them. Clinical director is trash. She has an attitude daily and is of no assistance. I left Cleveland to come here hearing great things about here, but left not recommending ANYONE to go here. Classes and groups are mostly ran by inexperienced techs. Other then the other patients there, support and moral was low. Staff constantly calling off leaving clients to 1 or no available ra. Very unprofessional, and would recommend you go somewhere else. I had items I came in with, that once my property was checked by them, I no longer had and was told they wouldn't replace. If you do go, take NOTHING with you."

"The staff Sam, Sammy, Amanda, Shelly, Tisha, Salena, Ms V, Stephanie, Tia, Ryan and Marquita are exceptional. Their experience, strength, hope, knowledge, empathy and grace gave me hope, direction and a healthy confidence for my new journey in trully never-ending growth, spritual enlightenment, connection and recovery."

"I just left this facility yesterday around 7:30 p.m. I was assaulted in my room buy another gentleman who wasn't even supposed to be in my room. That gentleman is still in the program with no corrective actions taken. I feel my rights have been violated my sense of security has been taken. I will never come to another program like this."

"I spend 60 days at the recovery works program in Columbus and it was an amazing experience. I was broken beaten down and destroyed to my core when I walked through their doors but with time and a lot of help and effort they helped me transform myself into a better person. I would 100% recommend this program to my friends and family. The staff is wonderful and always there to help you no matter what the task. They helped me grow into a person I can be proud of and for that I am forever greatful. If your looking for a crew that goes above and beyond for you this is the one!"

"This facility is capable of helping individuals in need. Unfortunately, there are other individual who is extremely rude, uncaring, and only in it for themselves. I had a horrible experience exiting the facility. Shalamarr Is extremely rude and unprofessional! She should not be working in this facility as she takes everything very personally. I have filed a grievance with corporate office and fully intend on following up. The nurses were very nice and courteous Unfortunately, her actions have ruined and tarnished my whole entire experience there! Shame on her!"
