"Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I’ve worn glasses for 49 years of my life and know how to care for lenses.. I went to LensCrafters for the first time less than two years ago. I was upselled on the anti-glare coating on my lenses which I wanted because my other three pairs of glasses have them that I’ve had ranging anywhere from 4 to 15 years.. The problem is the pair that I bought a year and a half ago from LensCrafters the anti-glare coating is now peeling off my lenses. I only use the non-alcohol glass cleaner that was given to me from my eye doctor Dr Favede at Favede and associates , and the lens wipe that LensCrafters gave me and keep them in a case, and only use them before bed and when I wake up in the morning, never leaving the house . LensCrafters said there is nothing they can do about it that they’ll give me $50 off my next pair of $600 glasses. A few days later, the store manager did call me from me 50% off lenses and 30% off the frames. I disclose I did not want to change frames. She had told me her general manager had authorized her to offer me a one time resolution for 50% off lenses only. I end up accepting the offer that was also the monthly offer, but I was told the monthly offer for anyone you had to buy frames along with the lenses to get the sale price.. I went back in, spoke to one of the gentlemen who treated me professionally and picked up my glasses. A few days later."
"Dr Huff- Mollica was wonderful! She is very friendly and did a thorough in depth eye exam. Dr. Justin & Associates are all very friendly also. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the different options for lenses. She did a great job helping me find the type of frames I was looking for. My visit was was great from start to finish!"
