"Worst worst worst customer service ever! I can say my doctor was nice there, but the billing department does not care about you! I had a procedure done over 3 1/2 years ago and is now receiving a bill about it and now sent me to collections, because their computer system failed them. Billing person was mean, rude and would not help at all when I asked what can I do to pay it. Didn’t care at all!"
