"Canfield Healthcare has changed for the better since visiting a year ago. They were in the middle of resurfacing the parking lot when I was there. As soon as I walked through the door, I was offered fresh baked cookies!!! The receptionist was friendly and welcoming! There are new management from housekeeping to executive director. Everyone was friendly and joyful. Staff was smiling and laughing with residents. Residents seemed happy. The place was clean, smelled like cookies!"
"There has been a drastic change since the last time I was here in a good way! The whole building looks and smells a lot cleaner. The executive director was very polite and friendly when we spoke and the new housekeeping manager has stepped things up a notch. Very pleased with their new staff."
