"I went in the new to the New Castle office and saw the PA who was very knowledgeable friendly and explained to me what was going on with my pointer finger and thumbs and gave me some alternatives like pain medication’s over-the-counter splints and said Cortizone shots it was up to me or surgery. Usually surgery is the last alternative however, I’d like to speak with Dr. Hand to verify again if I should have the surgery now before it continues to get worse I do understand it is some type of arthritis as well could you please give me a call or via FaceTime at the doctors earliest convenience. In addition, the staff was very friendly as well thank you for a good office visit experience. Hope to hear from Dr. Hand soon. Thank you"
