Housepitalists are like hospitalists but for your home, working alongside your family doctor to provide the same level of care you would expect from an in-office visit.

Our highly trained clinical staff is prepared to assist with your most complex medical needs, ensuring you receive the best possible care. As one of the nation’s largest house call practices, HarmonyCares operates in 15 states, offering healthcare services tailored to your needs.

Our CAP-accredited lab performs over 3 million diagnostic tests annually, including lab tests and X-rays in the home, providing vital information for managing your health. We aim to relieve the stress of managing an illness, maximizing patient and family satisfaction while minimizing hospital visits.

With a doctor's order, we also offer nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy in the home. Proudly accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Partners (CHAP), our services provide you with access to skilled healthcare at home.
