"Dr. Nguyen was very nice when I saw him, he listened and is working to help me with my issues however the office isn’t run well. They double book all appointments so expect a long wait. My first appointment I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time and when I asked how much longer 4 people were still ahead of me. I cancelled the appointment but at that point it cost me two hours of sick leave. I rebooked for an 8am appointment which was doubled booked. They told me if I was the first person there I would be seen first so I arrived before the office opened, checked in first and still waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. This is a practice that does not value their patients’ time."

"Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond treating me. He actually noticed a spot on my hand that I have had for several months and he immediately did a biopsy for me. He was very thorough diagnosing my sleep apnea issues and went over the results of the scope test that was performed. He also has a wonderful personality and bedside manner."

"When I arrived, staff showed no record of my 2:40 PM appointment with Dr. Nguyen. I presented the appointment card that was mailed to me. Staff got me in. Sat in waiting room briefly and was brought back to exam room. Had vitals taken and another staff member did a pressure check of my ears. Then, after sitting in the exam room for 60 minutes with no visit from Doctor, I opened the door, walked out and asked staff when I would be seen. Staff seemed surprised. Staff could not give me a specific answer. It was clear that I was forgotten in there. I believe that the scheduling error resulted in me simply being forgotten in that exam room. My time is valuable, too. The staff were professional but my sitting in an exam room for an hour with no doctor coming in (and no one telling me there was a delay) confirms that I was forgotten. I sincerely hope this doctor DOES NOT bill Tricare for this event, not does this doctor attempt to bill me for a co-pay. If I am ever asked, I will tell others to avoid this doctor, since this experience was unprofessional. I will not go back to this clinic, or this doctor."

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Nguyen was very professional and knowledgeable. He wasted no time in setting up next steps. He informed me of what he was thinking was going on with me and why he thought that. Definitely recommend them!"
