"This is Leslie writing this. I accidentally opened my wife's account. My stay there was at the time I needed a little help. The staff there were very knowledgeable and very kind. A young man came into my room and said it is time for you to have a bath. He didn't have to do that but he did. I will always be grateful to him. The therapist were amazing. The driver to dialysis was great. He talked to me a lot when he picked me up. He knew i wasn't was not feeling good. I appreciated his kindness. Your call was very sweet. Thank you to you all."
"Father-in-law was checked in around 1500 today. Nurse stopped in for a few minutes to answer questions for my wife. But it is now 2047. Not a single nurse has been in to check on him since. Luckily he has be provided dinner and an evening snack, but no insulin or other medication that he requires. No check on vitals. There will be a call to the charge nurse tomorrow but this is neglect!"
"The facility is very nice and clean with compassionate caregivers. Unfortunately, like most medical facilities, there are not enough of them and daily care was lacking."
"I was placed in AHC after surgery. The experience was much better than I anticipated. The care I received personally and saw provided to other residens, was wonderful. The day nursing staff and aide staff provided exceptional care and empathy to each and every person they worked with. Bridgett, Darlene, Dani, Jose and Patsy were the absolute best and my favorites! The night staff, Nurses Tina and Lisa and aides, Judy, Amy and Cam were the best!! Physical Therapy staff, Pete and Stephanie were very professional and provided great assistance. The most professional, caring and personable facility for rehab."
"I just can’t say enough about this place. It’s a wonderful place where you get treated with dignity respect the staff has compassion and empathy for the residence here and that’s the place you wanna be when you’re not feeling well when you’re sick rehabilitation is not fun but it’s necessary if things happen to you in life where you have to get some help you want to come here at Austintown healthcare center because the people here care about you and they care about themselves and it shows and what they do Here, I’m not saying that I’ve been here. I’ve experienced it for myself so believe me when I tell you this is a great place to rehab and I highly recommend it thank you very much bye"
