"I am still waiting for care. My bowels have stopped again. I am in horrible pain, vomiting and am very sick. I don't understand how this office can kick people out because they question their care. How they can kick people out of the office who's bowels are not working. How they can refuse to treat a chemotherapy patient with monoclonal treatment, even after Pittsburgh calls to demand it. No one is watching the patients. I am only fifty-two years young and feel like I'm dying. I've been to the emergency room twice, treated terrible. I'm very scared right now. I only wanted to be treated like a human not like trash. Edited February 27, 2023 In October I had contracted Covid while being treated with chemotherapy for autoimmune diseases. I was denied monoclonal treatment for Covid, even after my Rheumatologist in Pittsburgh called the office to inform them that I needed treated. I was in luck that a "parent" doctor was paying attention to the situation and called me, never having seen me and got me treated. I have been without a Dr since. Recently with two emergency room visits I was admitted into the hospital. During a four day visit, I was told that "we" would get my issue situated, then figure out what the problem was in the office. I was told that "we" would look into what was causing my bowels to stop working over the month prior after my admission. Upon discharge, I was KICKED OUT of the Primary Care Practice before leaving the hospital. With no follow-up care in place!!! I can't get into my Gastric Dr until March 22nd, a month after being discharged and I have had a history of bowel obstruction before. I have severe abdominal pain in my upper GI area and no one to tend to my care. This was a personal vendetta because I was not happy with the care that I had/hadn't received in the past. The kids in the office are running around doing whatever they want and the parents are not watching what is going on. It's like a horrible episode of Romper Room and E.R. combined. I wish that I had a new Dr in place before this wreck. I am now very sick, in terrible pain and alone with no care. I wish you all well. This place is going to hell. Peace ✌️ Update: After weeks of many test, including a nuclear egg stomach test. I have been diagnosed with gastroparesis, a rare and serious condition in which my stomach has stopped contracting and processing my food. It's very painful and my condition is very severe, possibly needing surgery. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Update: I have to get an ostomy at the Cleveland Clinic on April 8th. I have suffered very badly with the severity of my conditions. Please do not even take your worst enemy here!!"

"Don’t waste your time! And don’t let them waste it either! To your “behavioral” department that doesn’t know how to behave- I called and set up an appointment to see the ACTUAL DOCTOR! only to be lied to when confirming my appointment the day before for travel purposes only to find out they lied and actually scheduled me to see a nurse which doesn’t work for me! We had a clear transparent conversation upon making this appointment! I didn’t have the initial conversation by or with myself meaning whoever set up my appointment LIED! I should of known it was too good to be that easy because I was placed on hold probably 3 times because “so much was going on in the office” during my initial call to set up this appointment. “Dr. Spirtos doesn’t normally take new patients but he is now at the moment!” “Yup you’ll be seeing him directly” “yes he is such a great Dr.”etc only for that to change right before the appointment? Get your stuff together you all are so unorganized it’s ridiculous! Most importantly you’re dealing with peoples mental health! You all didn’t even call to confirm or give reminder didn’t email didn’t text! Thank God I called! I had high hopes for this DR. But your practice and how you all operate I’m happy I dodged it! Not only did you waste my time and money because of my transportation cancellation that I had to do when finding this out last min but you also have caused a trigger in my condition. Be Proud just as you were on the phone CANDY!"

"I do not recommend Dr Daisey Nunez. She completely dismissed my concerns about my skin and need for an RA snd dermatologist. She actually rolled her eyes at me during the appointment! She refused to send me to a dermatologist or RA doctor for my obvious skin issues, nail trauma/ nail psoriasis, and psoratic arthritis symptoms. She doesn't understand the concept of referrals when it is required for insurance. She lacks listening skills too. She has caused me to pay out of pocket for my RA doctor until I find another primary care physician. I will be filing a formal grievance too."

"My appt time was 2 I arrived 15 minutes early at 1:45pm, sat in the lobby for 10 then they brought me to the examine room and we got the wellness checks, then oh my son is all of a sudden due for shots they leave the room come back and hour later saying that my 9 year old need shots as well and they’re mandatory for school. Long story short I’ve been here for 4 hours just because I’m not a private insurance holder lol healthcare is a scam and you can’t tell me other wise this is why I take holistic approaches when it comes to healing"
