"Visited a church member in rehab. Her room and the facility were very clean. She was pleased with her care."

"They actually deserve no Stars at all this is by far the most unprofessional negligent nursing home I’ve ever stepped foot in . The nurses will drop residents and not do an incident report . There’s nurses on drugs up there . There is fights that happens in the facility between co workers and the job allows it around the residents while the staff from every unit , leaving their residents alone to watch the fight like they’re in high-school or a boxing match 3 people have passed there already this year and from the neglect I wouldn’t be surprised on how many more will. There’s an older nurse there that harasses the workers but she doesn’t step in to protect the residents . On top of that all the staff just sits at a desk behind carts and hides away the whole shift smoking vapes and relaxing . I’ve watched a cna on one of the units that sits by the exit door the whole shift and only changes her residents when she first gets there it’s a shame and the administration are all about a check that’s just what health care is these days and people need to know the truth"

"Visiting my mother in law with my my husband numerous of times I've seen neglect from walking through hallways looking into rooms..I see beds not made up and not being tend to and always a smell and visiting my mother in law she feels neglected as if nobody cares..when she pushes the button for help nothing ever seems to get done. Her room was filthy not swept in days..she requests foods she would like but does not receive and food is always cold..there were times that she hasn't been changed and sat in filth.. The staff is always sitting at nursing stations on their phone without a care in the world"

"My mom was placed there for rehab from the hospital and I was not notified from her deceased husband's family . I have left numerous messages and no return call. His family doesn't know her past medical history. They can't even call you back. You would think that they would need to ha e this on her file. She has allergies and things that her siblings passed from."

"My uncle was there and when I tell you never again, I mean never again!! Terrible place. I don’t even know where to begin. The building alone needs tore down. They have one door in particular that has a hole in the bottom corner. I’m sure a critter has made its way in the building. The level of patient care is terrible. You tell the nurses about an issue it just falls on deaf ears. The aides are even worst. They argue with the nurses, they smell like weed. These people deserve better care and in order to get that, this place needs to be shut down and they need to be placed somewhere else."
